Yoga for Healing

Falcon Yoga Classes are designed for students of all levels. Come enjoy a class that will empower your mind and body with.  Classes are designed for students with no experience to the seasoned yogi, who would like a refresher in basic poses (asanas), proper breathing technique (pranayama), and the use of props and sequences. All classes focus on alignment as you gain comfort and confidence to practice safely and skillfully.  Yoga is for everyBODY!


Yoga with Denise: This Yoga Class will cover the nuts and bolts of each pose. Emphasis is given to refining and building endurance using the power of the breath to flow through movements designed to systematically increase the range of motion of every major joint and increase energy. This class is designed to meet you where you are and can be tailored to fit your level of skill and comfort. Denise’s teaching skills are warm, natural and light-hearted. Denise has a passion for yoga and meditation and teaches the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Meditation to the most vulnerable sectors of our population. Her journey is dedicated to opening the heart, being her authentic self and remaining aware, conscious and present.

Denise Widner is a Registered Yoga Teacher 500 (RYT-500) Yoga Therapist, She is a Ayurveda Practitioner and a Reiki Level II Healer. Denise’s classes help students focus on building body and movement awareness through her thoughtful instruction and careful posture sequencing. Denise has a natural warm hearted approach in her teaching style. She also offers private yoga instruction and offers monthly Ayurveda Workshops and specializes in teaching yoga to cancer survivors.
